Ask Your Boss – Group Coaching Programme

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your purchase of and participation in the Ask Your Boss programme (the “Programme”) provided by:

Jessica Ulrich, trading as Jess Ulrich Coaching (“Coach”, “we”, “us”).
United Kingdom.

By purchasing the Programme and/or accessing Programme materials, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • Programme: Ask Your Boss – four (4) week online group coaching programme.
  • Participant / You: the person purchasing and participating.
  • 1:1 Session: one (1) private coaching session included with the Programme.
  • Materials: any written, video, audio, templates, worksheets, slides, frameworks, emails, replays, or other content provided.

2. Programme Overview and What’s Included

The Programme is a four (4) week online group coaching programme delivered live via Zoom (or similar platform), and includes:

  • Four (4) live online group sessions
  • Supporting Materials and frameworks
  • Group discussion and coaching
  • One (1) individual 1:1 coaching session with Jessica Ulrich

2.1 1:1 Session Rules (Important)

The included 1:1 Session must be booked and completed either:

  • During the four-week Programme period; or
  • Within four (4) weeks after the final group session.

If the 1:1 Session is not booked and completed within this timeframe, it expires. No extensions, transfers, credits, or refunds will be provided except where required by law or unless agreed.

3. Eligibility and Participant Responsibilities

By purchasing, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You will engage respectfully and responsibly.
  • You remain responsible for your own choices, actions, and outcomes.

You understand that implementing coaching insights in a workplace involves variables outside the Coach’s control (e.g., manager decisions, company policies, timing, budgets).

4. Nature of Coaching and Disclaimer

The Programme is educational and developmental. It is not:

  • Therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment
  • Medical advice or medical treatment
  • Legal advice or HR/employment law advice
  • Financial advice

No guarantees are made regarding results (including promotions, pay rises, role changes, improved workplace relationships, or any other employment outcome). You remain solely responsible for decisions you make and actions you take.

If you are experiencing significant mental health challenges, you should seek support from an appropriately qualified professional. If you are under the care of a medical or mental health provider, you are responsible for checking with them that participation is appropriate.

5. Fees, Payment, and Pricing

The Programme fee is £249 GBP (unless otherwise stated at checkout). Payment is required in full at checkout unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund payments made.

6. Delivery, Access, and Changes

Live sessions are delivered online. Dates/times will be communicated in advance. We may make reasonable changes to the Programme where necessary (e.g., to improve delivery, update materials, address unforeseen circumstances). If we materially change delivery, we will take reasonable steps to provide an appropriate alternative.

7. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

7.1 Group Sessions

Attendance is your responsibility. If you miss a session, you are not entitled to a refund. If replays are offered, they are provided at the Coach’s discretion and may not be available for every session.

7.2 1:1 Session Booking

You are responsible for booking your 1:1 Session using the booking method provided.

7.3 1:1 Session Cancellation / Reschedule

You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a 1:1 Session. If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend, the session may be treated as used.

8. Refunds, Cancellations, and Consumer Rights

8.1 General Policy

Because this is a live programme with digital Materials, all sales are final and no refunds are provided once purchase is completed, except where required by law.

8.2 UK Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

8.3 Digital Content and Immediate Access

If you receive access to digital content or Materials immediately after purchase, you may be asked at checkout to acknowledge that you want immediate access and understand this can affect your statutory cancellation (“cooling-off”) rights for digital content.

9. Confidentiality

9.1 Coach Confidentiality

We treat what you share as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm.

9.2 Group Programme Confidentiality

Group settings carry limits: absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. By participating, you agree:

  • Not to share or disclose personal information shared by other participants
  • Not to screenshot, record, or distribute group discussions or chat content

Breach of confidentiality may result in removal from the Programme without refund.

10. Recordings (If You Record Sessions)

If group sessions are recorded, this will be stated in advance.

Recordings, if provided, are for registered participants’ personal use only. They must not be shared or distributed.

If you do not wish to appear on recordings, you are responsible for switching your camera off and/or changing your display name. You may also ask questions via chat.

11. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

All Materials and content provided are the intellectual property of Jess Ulrich Coaching. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Materials for your personal development.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, share, sell, or licence Materials
  • Record sessions (audio/video) without express written permission
  • Use Materials to teach others or run a similar programme

12. Community Standards and Conduct

You agree to behave respectfully toward the Coach and other participants.

We may remove you from the Programme without refund if you:

  • Harass, threaten, or bully others
  • Disrupt sessions or repeatedly undermine the group environment
  • Misuse Materials or breach confidentiality
  • Engage in discriminatory or hateful conduct

13. Third-Party Tools

The Programme may use third-party services (e.g., Zoom, Stripe, Google Drive, Calendly). Your use of these services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, interruptions, or failures caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for your employment outcomes, business outcomes, financial outcomes, or any indirect or consequential loss.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Programme.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including liability for fraud).

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., illness, platform outages, emergencies, acts of government, extreme weather). If we cannot deliver a session due to such events, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide a suitable alternative.

16. Termination and Removal

We may terminate your access to the Programme without refund for breach of these Terms. You may stop participating at any time; however, you remain responsible for the full Programme fee and are not entitled to a refund.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

20. Agreement

By completing purchase and ticking the acceptance box at checkout, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
